m.arc.design ltd was established in June 2007 by Managing Director Mark Mclean.
After 7 years working throughout the country and overseas being involved in various architectural and survey practices, Mark gained hands on experience in working on both domestic and commercial projects,ranging in value from £15,000-£2.5m.
After travelling over Europe and the UK Mark decided move back to Scotland and set up a small practice. The main focus of this practice was to provide the public with a competitive home improvement service. Initially this was aimed at the domestic market. Work included projects such as loft conversions, conservatories, sun-rooms, garage conversions and minor building alterations such as wall down takings, pateo door insertions etc.
As the client base began to grow so did the scale of projects. Now in 2010, m.arc.design have formed a comprehensive pre designed building portfolio. This includes everything from modern flat roof extensions, traditional garages right through to 3,4,5, and 6 bedroom luxury homes and barn conversions.
