At m.arc.design we dont believe in charging high fee's unlike some architects, charging for every site visit, or small amendments to drawings. Our fee, provided to you at the initial consoltation is the only fee you will ever pay. There are no hidden extras.
We believe in designing modern, fresh and contemporary home improvements. Whether it be a porch, conservatory, sunroom, garage conversion, or even a new build house. We have a pre designed portfolio with a range of projects that have been undertaken that will start your thought process.
However if your ideas are more specific, designs can be tailored to meet your needs.
At m.arc.design we also provide clients with small works guidance, as well as dealing with all aspects of planning applications and building warrants.
We are based in Alloa, Central Scotland and work throughout the UK and Central Scotland, if you are within a 40 mile radius of our office i.e. Alloa, Clackmannanshire, Stirling, Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Fife we will endevour to provide you with a next day consultation service.
